Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives 2026 Annual Conference

For over 63 years Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC) has served housing cooperatives. MAHC is a 501 C3 nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to assisting members and directors of Housing Cooperatives.

MAHC will be hosting our 2026  Annual Conference at the All Inclusive, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, in Cancun Mexico! The conference will run from May 17th, 2026 to May 20th, 2026. The Annual Conference Registration & Day #1 of the CCS - (Certified Cooperative Specialist) Certification Training will begin on Saturday, May 16th, 2025.  The New Board Member - Certification Training and the second and final day of the CCS Training will be held on Sunday, May 17th, 2026). The Conference's Workshop Classes will begin on Monday, May 18th, through Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 with the conference wrapping up after the Annual Meeting & Election. The Awards Luncheon will be held on Monday and the Annual Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, both of which will require your name badge to attend. Extra tickets for both events may be purchased for additional guests. Your conference registration includes one admission to each event and all conference workshops. If you wish to attend the CCS Class to become a "Certified Cooperative Specialist " please select the ticket add-on for that session. The optional selections to choose from are as follows: CCS Certifications for Conference Attendees, Non - Conf. Attendees, New Board Member Training, and Awards & Annual Event Tickets. Please make certain to carefully review the option listed when making your ticket selection.
